Dance Hard Dance Strong® is an informational program designed by Studio 180 Dance to demonstrate the advantages dance training brings to athletes in both recreational and highly competitive levels of sports.  Our performance of ground and aerial dance forms is designed to illustrate the relationships among various training programs and dance choreography and curriculum.
